CODE OF ETHICS

The Primary reason for the success of the Municipal Services Association Group and for the excellent relationship that the MSA has with the membership of the PWABC is the low‐key approach in supporting the Annual Conference.

A code of Ethics regulating advertising and entertainment activities of the MSA membership while attending the PWABC conference has been established.

In keeping with the PWABC strategic plan, the MSA Code of Ethics has been revised and now reads as follows:

  1. Soliciting of business is restricted to the Trade & Equipment Show display area only.
  2. Advertising by display, signage, or in the form of printed matter outside of the Trade & Equipment Show display area and golf tournament is under the discretion of the MSA.
  3. Individual room entertainment is confined to those times when technical sessions are not in progress, other conference functions are not ongoing, or when the Trade & Equipment Show is closed.

THE ABOVE REGULATIONS ARE RIGIDLY ENFORCED.
